Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead AI and Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven applications within the AlgoRisk AI ecosystem. You will be responsible for refining existing AI-powered apps (LLM agents, model documentation, validation tools) and developing new ML-based products that solve complex risk, compliance, and banking challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead the design and development of AI/ML applications within the AlgoRisk AI platform
• •Refine and enhance existing LLM-based agents, copilots, and workflow automation apps for risk and compliance use cases
• •Develop new machine learning solutions for model development, validation, governance, and process optimization
• •Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize ML models in scalable, secure environments

Requirements

• •6+ years of experience in applied machine learning, with at least 2+ years in a lead/mentorship role
• •Strong expertise in ML/AI Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG pipelines
• •Deep knowledge of NLP & LLMs: fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, retrieval systems
• •Proficiency in Data Engineering: SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), ETL pipelines
• •Experience with Cloud/Deployment: AWS/GCP/Azure ML services, Docker, Kubernetes
• •Experience with enterprise AI applications in finance, compliance, or regulated industries (preferred)
